Email Notifications
Notifications are e-mail messages or alerts in your dashboard that remind users about upcoming or pending activities, important milestones, or deadlines that occur during campaign trafficking.
Each notification contains a subject line for email, an email body that explains why the notification was sent, and a reference to the source from which the notification was generated.
There are two types of notifications: Pro-Active and Event-Driven.
- Proactive notifications alert users to some type of condition that may require a corrective action on their part, such as re-submitting creative that is needed in a timely way.
- Event-Driven notifications advise the user about pending trafficking or billing actions that must be completed, such as when reserved inventory is about to be released, or when your campaign is ending.
Campaign Notifications
The following section describes the types of notifications SeeSaw Ads generates.
- Invite an Existing User to a Campaign - This notification allows you to invite registered SeeSaw users to join a campaign team. The user will receive an email invitation along with instructions on accessing the campaign to which they have been added.
- Invite Unregistered User to a Campaign - This notification allows you to invite unregistered SeeSaw users to join a campaign team. The user will receive an email invitation from one of SeeSaw's Account Managers along with instructions and sign in information once they have been setup by SeeSaw in the system.
- Campaign Created Rejected - This message is forwarded if media submitted to the campaign has been rejected by one of the sign networks supporting the campaign. Sign networks my reject creative for several reason, including but not limited to:
a video that includes under-aged children without an adult; content that does not comply with FCC regulations; content with editorial and/or technical issues; content that is not in a supported format. When creative is rejected, SeeSaw Ads will send an email notification to you. The email includes the reasons for the rejection and the time frame in which the changes should be made and resubmitted to SeeSaw Ads. - Saved Campaign Signs Released - After a campaign is reserved, the client has 48-hours to purchase the campaign. If the campaign is not purchased within 48 hours, SeeSaw will release the sign inventory back into the general sign pool and send an email advising you of the inventory release. Since SeeSaw saved your campaign criteria you can still rerun the campaign to see what signs are available. SeeSaw does not, however, guarantee that the previously reserved inventory will still be available.
- Campaign Creative Approved - Clients will receive an approval notification confirming that all sign networks have approved their creative. This email is sent prior to campaign launch. This is a courtesy notification.
- Campaign Launch Confirmation - After creative is approved and the campaign launch date has arrived, SeeSaw will notify clients that their campaign has launched. This is a courtesy reminder.
- Campaign Running - This email advises the agency or advertiser that the campaign run has started. This is a courtesy notification.
- Campaign Completed - When the campaign end date arrives, SeeSaw will notify clients that their campaign has completed. Clients will receive an affidavit and campaign summary report shortly after the campaign ends. Final invoices will arrive at the beginning of the next broadcast month.
- Campaign Buy Confirmation - A campaign purchase confirmation is sent to clients after a buy is placed. This confirmation email includes a summary of the purchased campaign and confirmation that the client is now in contract with SeeSaw Networks. Periodic notifications will follow as the campaign's trafficking process begins.
Password Notifications
- Reset Password Forget - When the Forgot My Password link is clicked on the sign in page, a randomly-generated password will be emailed to the user. This new password will be required the next time the user signs in. The user can change the password after signing in by navigating to the MyAccount page and clicking the Change Password link.
My Account
- Invite Company - At account setup. SeeSaw’s account managers will create a new company account for the client (agency or advertiser) and setup an initial user account. This is initial user account will be granted administrative privileges and responsibility for managing user membership in the company. If you are the designated administrator for your company and feel this role should be handled by someone else, please contact your SeeSaw Account Manager.
- Company Member Confirmation - After a user has been added to a company, they will receive a confirmation email notifying them they now have access to campaigns and other users within this company.
Creative Notifications
SeeSaw Ads will send periodic courtesy reminders to upload creative for the campaign. If the current date is several months from the creative due date, then SeeSaw will send monthly reminders. If the current date is within a week of the creative due date, SeeSaw Ads will send daily reminders.
