Campaign List Page
The Campaign List page offers an at-a-glance look at important campaign details including the campaign name and number, campaign status, advertiser, campaign owner, modified by whom and when information, campaign start and end dates, budget, and the cost of your campaign.
You can reach the campaign list by clicking the Campaigns tab or by clicking the View Existing Campaigns link on the Dashboard.
The following describes the campaign list page:
- Campaign Name - The name that you entered on the first page of campaign creation.
- Campaign Number - This number is automatically assigned by SeeSaw ads during campaign creation. Use the campaign number for project tracking, or when contacting SeeSaw Networks about your campaign.
- Campaign Status - Describes your campaign’s current status or progress, such as: Saved, Reserved, Booked, and Deleted, among others.
- Saved - A campaign becomes saved after clicking the Save button during campaign creation. Team members can continue to modify campaign details while it is saved. Campaigns will remain saved until another action, such as placing a buy or reserving inventory, is initiated.
- Reserved - Reserve is initiated after clicking Reserve Venues. Reserve holds your inventory for 48 hours, allowing you to consult with your team before placing a buy. If you do not buy within 48 hours, your reservation will expire and the inventory will be released. After inventory is released you can rerun the same campaign or create a new campaign. SeeSaw, however, cannot guarantee that the same venues will be available after they have been released.
- Booked - A campaign is booked after you click Buy. Campaign trafficking begins after purchase. Notifications (email reminders that advise you of ongoing campaign activity or important milestones), will be sent, until the campaign run is complete.
- Deleted - Deleted campaigns will display as Deleted. However, you can still edit or review deleted campaigns.
- Place Buy - To buy a reserved campaign, go to the Campaign List, select the desired campaign and click Place Buy. When you sign out and sign back in, the updates will appear in the Dashboard's Recent Campaign Updates.
- Advertiser - This is an optional selection during campaign creation. If you enter an advertiser, the advertiser's name will appear. If this field is not entered during campaign creation this field will be blank.
- Owner - The name of the person that created the campaign - or that signed in and created the campaign - appears in this box.
- Modified by - the name of the person that modified the campaign.
- Last Modified - This shows the date that the campaign was last modified.
- Start Date - The date that you would like your campaign to begin. This date is selected during campaign creation.
- End date - The date that you would like your campaign to end. This date is selected during campaign creation.
Note: Campaign start and end dates are your desired campaign run dates. The start date is a target start date, not an actual or reserved start date. The reserved date is the actual campaign start date.
- Cost - This is the actual net cost of your campaign, minus the discount amount if applicable, from your campaign budget.
- Budget - The budget that you entered during campaign creation. Saved or deleted campaigns display "$0.00" as the cost.
