Proposal Generation

Proposal Generation streamlines proposal creation by allowing you to create detailed, customized, sales proposals based on out-of-home media needs in minutes.

Start proposal creation from the Dashboard or the Explore tabs. This allows you to select from the network overview, and any individual data sheets, per network category.

Proposals can also be generated after creating a campaign by clicking the Create Proposal button from the Plan Summary or the Campaign Details page. This allows you to create proposals with plan summary and venue information for campaigns that are under consideration.

Creating a Proposal

To create a proposal:
  1. Click the Dashboard or Explore tab > click Create a Proposal. The Proposal Generation page will appear.
  2. Complete the required cover sheet entries, including: Proposal Title, Client, Company, Author, and Date.
  3. Click Upload to add images to the proposal. Up to two logos can be uploaded. Example: one logo might be for the agency and a second logo can be for the client.
  4. Upload a Main Image for the cover sheet, if desired, to replace the system default image. Tip: For best results select an image that is 535 pixels width and 400 pixels height or with an aspect ratio: 4:3.
  5. Click Next. The Executive Summary page will appear.
  6. Enter the Executive Summary manually, or cut and paste the content from another source.
  7. Click Next. The Additional Documents page will appear. Only PDF documents can be added to the proposal generator. Multiple documents can be added one at a time. The added documents will display in the Uploaded Documents section.
  8. Complete the required cover sheet entries.

To select documents for your proposal:
  1. Select documents for your proposal from the Available column.
  2. Use the Move Up or Move Down arrows to change the order in which the documents will appear in the completed proposal. An Appendix separator can be used to separate the proposal documents from the appendices. The Appendix separator allows you to define or add breaks in the overall proposal. Documents that follow the Appendix separator will be grouped and separated.
  3. Click Finish. The Export dialog box will appear.
  4. Click Export to select your export preference: Send in an Email or Wait to Download to open the file or save it to your disk.
  5. A confirmation message will appear after the proposal creation process completes.
  6. Click Create Another Proposal to set up a new proposal, or click Done exit Proposal Creation.

Editing a Proposal

You can edit your proposal's content during its creation, or at a later time such as during a review phase. Use the Summary Panels on the right side of the page to edit your introduction, the documents to be included in the proposal, or the proposal dates.

To select documents for your proposal:
  1. Select documents for your proposal from the Available column. Some of the available documents include a: Cover Sheet, Table of Contents, Executive Summary, Network Overview, Plan Summary, SMS Introduction, and Ad Specifications, among others.
  2. Use the Move Up or Move Down arrows to change the order in which the documents will appear in the completed proposal. An Appendix separator can be used to separate the proposal documents from the appendices. The Appendix separator allows you to define or add breaks in the overall proposal. Documents that follow the Appendix separator will be grouped and separated.
  3. Click Finish. The Export dialog box will appear.
  4. Select your export preference: Wait to Download or Send in an Email.
  5. Click Export. A confirmation message will appear. The proposal will be generated and will be emailed, or available for download.
  6. Click Create Another Proposal to set up a new proposal, or click Done exit Proposal Creation.

You can edit your proposal's content during its creation, or at a later time such as during a review phase. Use the Summary Panels on the right side of the page to edit your introduction, the documents to be included in the proposal, or the proposal dates.
