Uploading Your Campaign's Creative
Submitting media to SeeSaw Networks is a simple, 3-step process that involves creating, publishing, and uploading media.
Step 1: Creating Media
The following elements are important when creating media for SeeSaw Networks.
Aspect Ratio - SeeSaw Networks delivers media to a variety of screen types and sizes. For optimal results, we ask that you submit two (2) versions of your media.
- 4:3 aspect ratio (format for television type screens)
- 16:9 aspect ratio (format for widescreen screens)
- Timing - The total length of your media should fill the inventory that you have purchased. Clean lead-ins and lead-outs will help us differentiate your media from ads that may run before and after your media.
Audio - Not all ads require audio. When considering audio, you’ll need to determine the following:
- Does your media require audio?
- Is your media visually compelling without audio?
Step 2: Producing Media
Depending on the type of media you are creating, SeeSaw Networks accepts 2 video formats and 1 static image format.
Video Formats
- Quicktime .mov (uncompressed) – Primarily used for live motion.
- Flash Video .flv (24fps) – Primarily used for motion graphics and animation.
Image Format
- JPEG (RGB) – A static file with no video or animation.
Step 3: Upload Media
After creating and publishing your media, you can upload the content to SeeSaw via FTP. Before uploading, contact SeeSaw Networks for your username and password.
