Any SeeSaw Ads user with the required permission(s) can plan a campaign. Campaign planning permissions are assigned during campaign creation.
Campaign target start and target end dates are selected during campaign creation, on the Create Campaign Setup page. Dates can be entered manually, or by using the Calendar pop-up. The target start and end dates provide the target dates for you campaign. It is helpful to have some flexibility regarding campaign dates. Depending on inventory, SeeSaw Ads cannot guarantee that your campaign will begin on the exact dates that are selected.
Yes, you can view or modify your campaigns if you have the appropriate permissions. Users with View Campaign access can also Upload Media, Place Buys, handle billing, or manage traffic, if those permissions have been assigned.
SeeSaw Ads allows you to enter your campaign's budget objectives to determine the number of locations that will support your campaign. You can distribute your budget across the types of places that you are targeting.

You can also select the target rate at which impressions are delivered for your campaign. Impressions can be delivered evenly, as quickly as possible, or close to the campaign's end date. If you do not know your budget, you can create a temporary budget based on any of the budget objectives SeeSaw Ads provides. Revise the budget when you have more specifics about your campaign.
Campaign proposal generation is an easy way to create sales/marketing proposals in SeeSaw Ads. Proposal generation streamlines proposal creation by allowing you to create detailed, customized proposals based on out-of-home media needs in minutes.
Proposal creation is initiated from the Dashboard or Explore page. Click the Create Campaign Proposal link, then complete the pages that follow to create your proposal.
Email notifications are alerts or reminders about changes in your campaign, as well as important campaign reminders, such as a pending deadline. To learn more about email notifications, refer to Campaign Email Notifications help page.
You can add team members to your campaign at any point during the process. You can add team members by clicking Add Team Members during campaign creation, from a the details page on a saved campaign, or after you have reserved or purchased a plan. By adding team members, you can collaborate with your colleagues and creative partners on your advertising campaign.
Team members with the appropriate permissions can log into SeeSaw ads and view and/or update campaigns. Permissions are assigned during campaign creation, on the Create Campaign Setup page.
SeeSaw Ads takes the information that you have entered (budget, campaign ad specs, target markets, demographic characteristics) to target available locations.
Direct Response Tracking allows SeeSaw customers to track responses to ads via SMS. This service is implemented into ads without engaging cellular carriers or service providers. Customers only need to select the checkbox in the ad specification section during campaign creation. Direct Reponse Tracking begins when the SMS checkbox is selected. Participating customers will receive SMS activity reports from SeeSaw.
Maps provide a visual representation of where the venues are located, with additional details (if available) on each location. When working with maps use your mouse and roll-over blue "markers". Markers are colored by venue category and indicate venues that are within the targeting range that you selected. A pop-up will appear that contains the location, name, address, the number of venues with the location, projected weekly impressions that the venue is estimated to provide, and the estimated average CPM.
As part of your campaign purchase, you will receive proof of play reports delivered by email.
Campaigns can be reserved by clicking Reserve Venues button, which becomes available when you are reviewing your campaign summary pages.
Campaigns are reserved for 48-hours. If you do not purchase (book) your campaign within 48-hours, the venues you reserved will be released.
Yes. Just sign-into SeeSaw Ads, go to the Campaign List page, select the released campaign, and re-run it. Note: Once a campaign has been released, SeeSaw Networks cannot guarantee availability of the venues you previously selected.
Yes. Click the Cancel Reservation button that is available after reserving a campaign.
The first step in placing a buy is to register with SeeSaw Networks to receive an account for SeeSaw Ads. Once you have done this, placing a buy is a simple as creating a campaign, generating a plan against our available inventory and clicking Place Buy from either the Campaign Details page or from the Campaign Results page. Once you have accepted the terms and conditions, you will be presented with a confirmation page and sent an email confirming your buy.
SeeSaw Networks invoices clients at the beginning of the broadcast month. SeeSaw Networks uses a weekly billing cycle that co-incides with recommendations from the Outdoor Advertising Association of America (OAAA) to stay in-alignment with traditional media billing practices. Payment terms will be 30-days from invoice date. SeeSaw Networks will provide 1 invoice per campaign per broadcast month.
