Creative Format Questions

The following FAQs are specific to SeeSaw Ads supported creative (media) formats. If you don't see what your are looking for, let us know.

What creative formats are supported?

SeeSaw Ads supports the following creative formats:

Video Specs

• Quicktime.mov (uncompressed) - Primarily used for live motion.
• Aspect Ratio - Please submit both 4:3 and 16.9

Flash Specs

• File Format.flv at 24fps - Primarily used for motion graphics and animation.
• Aspect Ratio - Please submit both 4:3 and 16:9

Static Images

• File Format JPEG (RGB 24bit) - A static file with no voice or animation.
• Aspect Radio - Please submit both 4:3 and 16:9

How can I upload creative to SeeSaw Networks?

Contact SeeSaw Networks for your username and password. Then use the following instructions to FTP your content.

1. Compress the files in .sit or .zip format.
2. Launch an FTP program, such as CuteFTP (PC) or Transmit (MacOS).
3. Connect to ftp.seesawnetworks.com.
4. When prompted, enter your username and password.
5. Transfer the compressed media file to your FTP folder. The speed of the transfer depends on the size of the file and the internet connection being used.
6. After uploading, email or call your account manager with the campaign name, file name(s), and file size(s).
