Exporting Campaign Information

How is export used?
Exporting allows you to convert the campaign plan summary and venue list to Excel (spreadsheet) or PDF format. Exporting your plan summary or venue list allows you to:
- Share the details of a campaign with colleagues or clients after reserving a plan
- Compare one plan vs. another
- Email the file as an attachment
- Augment your marketing and sales documents
- Print the file
- Save the file for future reference
Who can export campaign information?
Any team member with campaign creation access can export campaign summaries.
How do I export files?
To export files:
- Select the campaign you want to export from the Campaigns List page. Your plan can only be exported if it's reserved or purchased.
- Click the Plan summary tab, and then click Export.
- After a few moments, a dialog box that allows you to save or open the file will appear. Select the desired option and click OK. The export conversion time varies. It may take a minute or longer, depending on the size of the campaign summary.

I'd like to save my exported files. How can I do this?
After a file is converted, a dialog box that allows you to save (or open) the file will appear.
Click Save, then click OK to save the file to your computer. From there, you can view or print the file any time you like.
Can I export a plan before reserving a campaign?
No. You must reserve inventory or place a buy before exporting your plan.
