The following FAQs are specific to Trafficking and Post Campaign details. If you don't see what you are looking for, let us know.
After an agency user has purchased a campaign, SeeSaw will send an insertion order to each of the networks whose signs were reserved during campaign creation. SeeSaw will then start sending notifications reminding you to upload creative before the due date, e.g. 3 weeks before the campaign launch. After your creative is uploaded, SeeSaw will let you know when the participating sign networks for your campaign have approved the creative. SeeSaw will also let you know if any of the sign networks rejected your creative along with suggestions for fixing discrepancies. Once creative has been uploaded and revisions have been approved, SeeSaw will work with the participating sign networks to launch the campaign. When the campaign launches SeeSaw will send notify you and your campaign team. Proof-of-play reports will follow. In addition, SeeSaw will invoice you at the beginning of each broadcast that your campaign runs. An end of campaign summary report and affidavit will be sent at the end of the run.
An insertion order informs the sign networks to reserve the signs. SeeSaw sends insertion orders to sign networks (after a buy is placed) telling them to reserve spots on the loops of the signs you have bought for your campaign. You only need one point-of-contact after placing a buy.
This feature is not available at this time. In the interim, please contact your SeeSaw Account Manager for information about the media run schedule.
SeeSaw has made arrangements with our network partners to exchange insertion orders, creative, and proof-of-play data. You no longer need to manage multiple relationships to plan, buy, and measure your out-of-home digital media campaigns. SeeSaw is your single point of contact.
SeeSaw is currently working on features to provide the media run calendar to your campaign team. In the interim, please contact your SeeSaw Account Manager if you have questions about the creative run schedule.
SeeSaw will contact you when the sign networks have approved your creative. SeeSaw will also contact you if any or all of the sign networks supporting your campaign cannot accept your creative. SeeSaw will work with you and your team to quickly resolve any discrepancies so that your campaign launch date is not affected.
SeeSaw will send periodic reminders to you before the creative due date, i.e. three (3) weeks before campaign launch. These courtesy notifications will remind you to upload your creative so that SeeSaw and the participating sign networks have time to review your creative. Example: If your creative due date is several months out, SeeSaw will send periodic reminders. If, however, your creative due date is seven (7) days out, SeeSaw will send daily reminders.
If your creative is not uploaded by the due date, your campaign launch date may slip. Your SeeSaw Account Manager and Traffic Manager will work with you to make sure this does not happen.
Your SeeSaw Account manager will review your invoices and your proof-of-play reports. If there is a discrepancy, or if you are unsatisfied for any reason, your Account Manager will assist you with billing resolutions.
Once a sign network has completed their commitment to your campaign, they will notify SeeSaw and send the appropriate end of campaign summary information. Once the sign networks complete their commitment to your campaign, SeeSaw will generate and send the end of campaign summary report and secure appropriate affidavits to you.
The sign networks will send proof-of-play reports to SeeSaw. SeeSaw will aggregate these reports and send them to you during the campaign run.
Note: The sign networks supporting your campaign may run the entire period of the campaign or only for a portion of the campaign. Regardless, SeeSaw handles the report aggregation and billing for you as a single point of contact so that you can spend more time working with your clients and less time dealing with day-to-day operations across multiple networks.
After a DSN has completed the campaign run requirement on their network, they will notify SeeSaw that the run is finished. When all campaign runs are complete, an email notification will be sent to the SeeSaw Traffic Manager with the post-run campaign affidavit.
SeeSaw's Production and Traffic Team will handle conversions to the appropriate formats for our sign network. Please refer to SeeSaw's Creative Specification for details on the requested formats.
If you have any questions about the creative formats, please contact your SeeSaw Account Manager or the SeeSaw Production and Traffic team through.
